Green Building Renewables Earns Double Nomination at Yorkshire Business Desk Awards 2024

We’re thrilled to share the exciting news that Green Building Renewables has again achieved remarkable recognition, earning double nominations at the highly esteemed Yorkshire Business Desk Awards. This marks our second consecutive double nomination this year, following our recent win at the Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards. 

Green Building Renewables has been shortlisted and acknowledged in two categories: Fast Growth Business and Medium-Sized Business of the Year. The Yorkshire Business Desk Business of the Year awards spotlight outstanding company successes throughout the region, with a meticulous judging process includes visits by the award judging panel to all entries before the shortlisting phase. Shortlisted companies, like Green Building Renewables, must present to the judging panel, with the winners announced at a prestigious awards evening in Leeds. 

Double Nomination

In the Medium Business (51 to 250 employees) category, we find ourselves in esteemed company, sharing the shortlist with smart home installer Boxt, scientific instruments manufacturer LabLogic Group, air management specialists Mansfield Pollard, Northern Monk Brewery, and accommodation developer Torsion Group. 

Meanwhile, Green Building Renewables is proud to be shortlisted in the Fast Growth Company category alongside industry leaders like Boxt and Torsion Group. The remaining contenders include personalised pet food firm Pure Pet Food, analytics company Oakland Group, and security consultancy Pentest People. 

These awards serve as a platform to celebrate and showcase the outstanding achievements of businesses across the region leading in innovation, disruption, and overall success. 

Our Managing Director, Chris Delaney, expressed his enthusiasm about the double award nomination, stating, “The recognition at the Business Desk Awards is a testament to a fantastic year of achievements. We’ve experienced success at various industry and business awards, reflecting the dedication of our hardworking staff and the positive growth we’re experiencing nationwide. This double nomination caps over a great year.” 

Being nominated alongside other exceptional regional companies underscores the dynamic business landscape in the region and the high calibre of work being carried out. The awards ceremony in February 2023 presents an exciting opportunity for all shortlisted companies to kickstart the year on a high note. Green Building Renewables extends its best wishes to all fellow nominees.
