Leeds-based ARC Workwear needed a solution to deal with the rising cost of energy in 2022. The company decided to install a solar panel system to find some immediate protection against the rapid energy price increases it faced in Autumn 2022 and to provide protection for the business’s future. ARC’s renewable energy story even made it on to BBC Look North in a feature on how local businesses were coping with the energy crisis.
