Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the renewables industry. He was the Co-Founder of York-based GoEco Renewables, prior to them being rebranded Green Building Renewables. He now leads not only the York office but also the nationwide network of renewables businesses.

With over 16 year’s hands-on experience working with air and ground source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and EV charge points, his knowledge and skills are unrivalled in the UK. He holds a plethora of formal renewable qualifications along with key partner manufacturer training.
Sarah Taylor, Group Project Support Manager
York born with a background in business administration and project management, Sarah is tasked with improving our internal systems and processes ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service, nationwide, at all times.

Originating in the construction sales industry Chris has over 10 years in sales of renewables, specialising in solar, air and ground source heat pumps. Leading our York sales team he supports specifiers and builders in quoting for contracts for new builds and retrofits.
How Green Building Renewables Doncaster has grown
Green Building Renewables Doncaster was opened in 2022 by Chris Delaney’s York team as a second office allowing the team of installers of solar and heat pumps to reach areas such as Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Wakefield. Alongside Group Technical Manager, John Gilham, Chris and his team at Green Building Renewables Doncaster have a strong focus on customer service and over 20 years’ combined experience of installing renewable heating solutions and solar panels.
Owned by Efficient Building Solutions the multi award-winning team continues to serve Doncaster and surrounding South Yorkshire areas with excellent service and a wide range of low carbon and renewable technologies.
